About

Sure, we’ve got great equipment to handle any job. But, equipment alone is not what makes our business a success – it’s our people.

At Laurita, we know it’s the capable shoulders of our employees that are the foundation of our success. Why do we think our employees are so special? Well, every day, these folks take pride in their responsibilities and work. They relish in the chance to apply their experience and skills to a challenging project. And, many of them have been with Laurita for years, creating a strong and efficient team – ready to dig into the next project.

Reaching Out to Our Community

For our employees, giving their all extends beyond Laurita’s walls. Many of Laurita’s staff are active in various charitable organizations, such as the Saint Ursula Food Pantry and Habitat for Humanity. In fact, Laurita Inc. provides site preparation for Habitat for Humanity homes.

Laurita Makes a Difference

So, the next time you’re facing a project, keep Laurita in mind. Because, when it comes to quality and integrity, our people make the difference in all the services we provide.

Responsiveness is one of the many assets we offer our clients. That’s what makes Laurita unique and dynamic. Part of our responsiveness is considering our clients’ needs at every angle, which has spun off many new services throughout the years. And, it has also inspired three affiliate firms offering related services.

Mon/Fayette Expressway – Wetlands Mitigation

This project was special because of the delicate nature, weather sensitivity, and the limited time allotted to complete the work. The liquidated damage clause of $10,000 per day made this rank as one of the most expensive in the history of the WV DOH and the most ever faced by Laurita Inc. at that time. Obviously, we were extremely motivated to complete ahead of schedule.
